Small Group Training
Stronger Together
Available at Longfellow Wellesley
Small Group Training is personal training in a group of 3–6 people. You’ll work with a Longfellow trainer who gets to know you and your goals and can adjust your workouts based on your fitness level and needs. You’ll train with the same small group each week, giving you the benefits of personal coaching along with the accountability and camaraderie of training with others.

How to Get Started
Getting started begins with an Initial Fitness Consultation with one of our trainers. We’ll talk about your goals, your exercise experience, and what you’d like to work on. You’ll also complete a movement assessment so we can better understand how you move and where to begin.
From there, we’ll help you find a Small Group Training group based on your goals, fitness level, and schedule. We welcome all experience levels, and each group’s training is shaped around the needs of its participants.

30-Day Introductory Small Group Training
New participants begin with 8 Small Group Training sessions over 4 weeks. Whenever possible, you’ll train with the same group each week, giving you time to get to know your trainer and the people you’re training alongside.
Longfellow Members: $159. Non-members are welcome. Contact us for current pricing.
Non-members are welcome! Contact us for current non-member pricing.
After your first 30 days, package and monthly options are available to continue training with your group.
Don't See a Time That Works?
Talk with us! We can help bring together a new group based on interest and availability. If you already have friends you'd like to train with, you're also welcome to create a group together.
