Group Exercise Wellesley Schedule
Wellesley’s group exercise program offers a well-rounded mix of strength, yoga, barre, Pilates, and dance-based classes—all included with membership. From energizing morning workouts like Total Body, Strength Interval, and Low Impact Interval Training to mindful options such as Vinyasa Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, and Stretch and Flow, the schedule is designed to support a variety of fitness goals and experience levels.
Members can also enjoy core-focused classes, Pilates Mat, Barre Fusion, and fun, high-energy options like Funky Groove, Dance Fusion, and BollyX. In addition, Pilates reformer training is available for an additional fee, offering a more personalized, equipment-based workout experience. With classes offered throughout the week in a welcoming and supportive environment, it’s easy to stay consistent and engaged.
Meet the Group Exercise Director: Donna Foster-Larocque

Donna Foster-Larocque is a creative and passionate fitness professional with over 25 years of experience in personal training, coaching, wellness management, and member relations. She began her career in a family-owned health club before going on to work in corporate fitness, club management, and international wellness settings, including roles in Boston, Toronto, Montreal, and London.
A lifelong endurance athlete, Donna has completed multiple Ironman races, trekked to Everest Base Camp, and run the historic Marathon-to-Athens route. Today, she brings her energy, experience, and passion for helping others live active, balanced lives to the Longfellow Wellesley community.
