With nearly two decades in the fitness industry and over 2,500 clients served, Mike Shea has built an outstanding reputation for helping people move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results. As a Certified Functional Strength Coach and ISSA Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Mike blends proven training methods with a passion for inspiring healthier lifestyles.

Our Training Spaces

  • High Performance Center

    Purpose-built for personal training, small group training, and advanced performance work, this space blends cutting-edge tools with a motivating atmosphere. The turf area is perfect for sled pushes, agility drills, and speed work. You’ll find TRX suspension trainers for bodyweight strength, bumper plates and half racks for power lifts, plyometric boxes for explosive training, tidal tanks for dynamic resistance, and air bikes for high-intensity cardio. 


    The High Performance Center also features advanced performance technology, including the Myzone heart rate monitoring system, force plates for measuring power and balance, and laser run timers for precise sprint tracking. It’s the perfect environment for building strength, speed, mobility, and conditioning under the guidance of our expert coaches.

  • Strength Center

    Our spacious first-floor strength area is designed for both beginners and experienced lifters. It features multiple power racks, a Smith machine, and a variety of benches—multi-ab, flat, and utility—for a full range of strength training exercises. Plate-loaded machines allow you to target every muscle group, from leg extension and incline chest press to low row and glute drive. A wide selection of dumbbells, kettlebells, and bumper plates makes it easy to customize your workout. 

    Functional training tools like a turf strip with sled, plyometric boxes, battle ropes, and TRX bays give you endless variety, while cardio intervals are just a step away with assault bikes, rowers, and a ski erg. This space is built for total-body strength, functional movement, and long-term progress.

  • Cardio City

    Bright, spacious, and climate-controlled, our upstairs Cardio Room keeps you moving in comfort year-round. The full range of Matrix cardio machines includes treadmills, ellipticals, stepmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, and rowers, each equipped with HD touchscreens and an easy-to-use console. 

    Every machine connects you to immersive scenic routes from around the world, expanded Matrix and Precor fitness programs, and entertainment streaming from Netflix, YouTube, PlutoTV, and more. Bluetooth compatibility lets you pair your headphones or sync with your Apple or Samsung Galaxy watch, while built-in Wi-Fi keeps you connected during your workout. Whether you’re training for endurance, burning calories, or warming up before a strength session, this space delivers a high-tech cardio experience for all fitness levels.


Impact Small Group Training (SGT)

Impact Training is Longfellow’s signature small group training program — where expert coaching meets an uplifting, community-driven environment. In each session, you’ll train with 4–6 people in a motivating space filled with energy, encouragement, and purpose. Every workout is coach-led, structured, and designed to move you forward physically, mentally, and emotionally.


Our Impact SGT sessions blend strength, conditioning, mobility, and recovery in a balanced format so you build endurance, power, and resilience over time. The consistent schedule keeps you accountable, while the camaraderie of your group keeps you coming back. You’re working out while joining a supportive network of people walking the same path toward better health.
